Course
Description
In this course we will read and analyze effective
personal essays for content, clarity, and eloquence. We will write several
essays over the course of two weeks that focus on identity, community, and
cultural awareness. (These essays can be used for college applications or job
interviews.)
Grades
Assignments will be graded.
Grades will be based on content, clarity, and eloquence of the writing.
Consideration will also be given to the student’s creativity and
effort.
